All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location.
Express or priority shipping (if available) will show at checkout with the cost and estimated delivery time.

(Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier issues beyond our control.)

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Noctora is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


📨 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at noctoracustomers@gmail.com, We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
